抽筋
定义
抽筋即肌肉痙攣。腿常抽筋大多是缺鈣、受涼、局部神經血管受壓引起。平時可適量補鈣,多曬太陽,注意局部保暖,也要注意體位的變化,如坐姿睡姿,避免神經血管受壓,也可做局部肌肉的熱敷、按摩,加強局部的血液迴圈,如果還無改善,應到醫院進一步檢查。
建议配方

樺木或冬青精油1滴、薄荷1滴、檸檬草1滴, 稀釋後塗抹於患處
- 薰衣草2滴, 快樂鼠尾草1滴, 馬郁蘭1滴以無香乳液或基底油稀釋塗於患處
