流感
定义
流行性感冒(簡稱流感)是流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道感染,也是一種傳染性強、傳播速度快的疾病。其主要通過空氣中的飛沫、人與人之間的接觸或與被污染物品的接觸傳播。典型的臨床症狀是:急起高熱、全身疼痛、顯著乏力和輕度呼吸道症狀。一般秋冬季節是其高發期,所引起的併發症和死亡現象非常嚴重。該病是由流感病毒引起,可分為A、B、C三型,A型病毒經常發生抗原變異,傳染性大,傳播迅速,極易發生大範圍流行。H1N1也就是A型一種。本病具有自限性,但在嬰幼兒、老年人和存在心肺基礎疾病的患者容易併發肺炎等嚴重併發症而導致死亡。
