身體系統定義
消化系統由消化道和消化腺兩部分組成。負責攝取、轉運、消化食物和吸收營養、排泄廢物,食物在消化管內被分解成結構簡單、可被吸收的小分子物質,透過消化管黏膜進入血液被人體吸收。未被吸收的殘渣,則通過大腸以糞便的形式排出體外。
消化道經過的器官包括口腔、咽、食管、胃、小腸(十二指腸、空腸、回腸)及大腸(盲腸、結腸、直腸)等。
消化腺分別為:唾液腺、胃腺、肝臟、胰腺、腸腺。
